• Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination
• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address, not upon handover to the carrier. We remain responsible for ensuring the package reaches you in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

• Disputes shall be handled by Hong Kong courts

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your local consumer protection laws, the local laws shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
